Mediation of IPR dispute

This service is only available for our customers and potential customers who are about to work with us and it includes:

1) In the case of the brand is registered with China customs for intellectual property rights, we will help you verify whether your product classification is consistent with the goods you have registered, whether the goods can circumvent customs regulations and be declared and shipped normally without infringement.

2) If your product classification is consistent with the classification of goods that have registered China customs and intellectual property right, we will, through the customs, contact with the brand owner, and then through the mediations, acquire the power of attorney from the brand owner with minimum cost, so that your goods can be declared and shipped normally.
